The Future of Branded Entertainment Explored at Greenville Ad Club Event
GREENVILLE, S.C. (January 10, 2006) – The Greenville Ad Club (GAC), a local chapter of the American Advertising Federation, begins the 2006 program docket with one of the advertising industry’s leading legal masterminds from one of the nations’ premier law and consulting firms.
Linda Goldstein, a partner with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, explores the multi-faceted landscape of branded entertainment and provides marketers with an insiders view into the next generation of multimedia brand integration at this month’s GAC event – “Branded Entertainment – New Roles in a New Partnership.”
A nationally-recognized legal expert, Goldstein is Chair Emeritus and head of the Government and Legal Affairs Committee of the Promotion Marketing Association. She works with the world’s largest advertising agencies, (The Martin Agency), media giants (NBC, SBC Communications), consumer product companies (General Mills, Inc., MasterCard International) and brands (Miller Brewing Company, Coca-Cola) to ensure that sweepstakes, contests and promotions meet all FTC and FDA legal requirements.
Goldstein is a frequent writer and commentator on the subject of promotion marketing and has served as a keynote speaker at industry events for the American Advertising Federation and the National Advanced Corporate Counsel Forum on Advertising Law.
